Suzi Tropiano is an experienced HR consultant and strategic people leader known for her practical mindset, professionalism, and ability to bring clarity to complex HR and people-management challenges. As the President and Founder of Blueprint HRM, Suzi partners with business owners and HR teams to build strong, scalable HR foundations—ensuring compliance, reducing risk, and creating streamlined processes that support organizational growth.

With a career spanning both senior in-house HR leadership and external HR consulting roles, Suzi has successfully designed and implemented HR structure, systems, and best-practice frameworks for organizations at every stage—from early-stage startups to established multi-state employers. Her expertise includes HR compliance, employee relations, handbooks and policies, HR assessments, HR operations, and developing people-focused strategies that align with business goals.

Suzi earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Temple University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Business Management from Millersville University. She also holds her SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management and her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resources) certifications from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
